BracketEngine provides free, web-based tournament management software, single & double elimination generators, round-robin pools, team splitters, coin toss simulators, and printable PDF exports.

  • Personal & Community License: Granted a free, non-exclusive license to generate, score, display, and print tournament draws for community, school, league, and competitive events.
  • Prohibited Conduct: No automated scraping that degrades performance, no unauthorized server disruptions, and no illegal gambling use.

3. User-Generated Content & Saved Brackets

Users retain full ownership of team names and tournament data entered into the platform. By creating a public spectator link, you permit participants and spectators to follow live match scores.

4. Third-Party Trademarks & Sports Federation Disclaimer

All federation identifiers and league marks (FIFA, NCAA, USTA, USA Pickleball, ACA, NFL, NBA, etc.) belong to their respective trademark holders and are cited solely for descriptive, format-matching purposes under nominative fair use. BracketEngine is an independent platform and not officially affiliated with these organizations.

5. Third-Party Advertising & External Links

To provide 100% free software with no subscription tiers or export fees, BracketEngine may display third-party advertisements served by partners such as Google AdSense. Third-party advertising vendors use cookies pursuant to their privacy policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Tournament directors remain responsible for reviewing schedules and bracket configurations. BracketEngine and its operators disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages.
